Description and historical use of land available for farming
Land historically used for Dexter cows and set up for grazing. 90 acres of the property is in a conservation easement, and 5 acres of the property are used by the owners for personal and experimental crops. There is currently a tenant farmer grazing large portions of the property. Some members of the local Wet'suwet'en Nation also use the land for hunting deer and bear.

The owners are interested in sharing their love for the land and sharing their knowledge about land stewardship and raising cattle. Respect for the land is very important, including respect for the local First Nation, the land's history, and the biodiversity and clean water on the property. In the long-term, the owners would like to see the land tended by someone(s) who wants to build a lasting relationship with the land. They are open to a potential lease-to-own agreement over time with the right person(s).
