Available pastured was logged 2 years ago and is growing back, owners would like to put pigs in there. Some of the property will be in hay. The soil is largely clay. There are several areas that would be good for gardening.

The property was purchased in 2017 and the family moved to the property in 2022. The land has mostly been forested and more recently logged and used for grazing.
