Land & Features Desired

Total Land Size (acres)
Minimum of 5 acres, up to 30+ acres depending on the location
Wooded Area (acres)
Yes - Preferably no more than 40% of overall acreage, though this is flexible as we are passionate about silva pasture grazing
Cultivable Area (acres)
5 acres if larger lot, 1-2 acres if 5 acre lot
Possibility to expand area currently available (acres)
Yes - If neighbouring lots that extend the property became available that would be amazing
Zoning
ALR
Preferred current state of the surface of the cultivable area

It does not need to be ready to farm, though we are not interested in land that requires significant effort to prep for use. Ie: on the coast it is common to spend decades removing huge stones or tree stumps from pastured land. I would say this is not overly enticing to us. We are committed visionaries who are not afraid of hard work, though the cultivable area would preferably be between 50-70% ready for use upon purchase. However, we are flexible.

Open to landowner residing on property
Yes - We love the idea of generational presence. If the boundaries are clear upon land transference then this is something we are ok with.

Yes - Preferably a barn. We can build green houses / hoop houses. Some kind of shelter for sheep / small livestock and farm equipment (tractor etc)
