Description and historical use of land available for farming
The farm had about 17 acres cleared approx 10 years ago with 7 acres planted with blueberries and blackcurrants. Two 30 x 100 hoop houses were installed, 1 acre was cleared for an orchard and another acre cleared for in-ground fields. Prior to this, it was a treed parcel and had not been used for farming.
