Project

Farm Name
Joolmood - Small family farm: Flowers, Strawberries, bees and laying hens
Farm Project Description

This project is a small-scale, regenerative micro farm focused on cut flowers, strawberries, beekeeping, and laying hens, designed to operate on a small acreage with low environmental impact. The farm will grow seasonal cut flowers and berries for local sales, while maintaining a small flock of laying hens for egg production and a limited number of beehives to support pollination and honey production. All enterprises are integrated to improve soil health, increase biodiversity, and enhance pollinator habitat. Production will use mobile infrastructure, chemical-free practices, and efficient irrigation, allowing the land to remain flexible and well cared for. The goal is to create a beautiful, productive, and community-oriented farm that provides local food and flowers while leaving the land healthier than it was found.
