Description and historical use of land available for farming
Very productive vegetable and ground fruit operation for several years. Semi truck was loaded weekly at harvest time. It was a horse pasture before that. There is a horse barn, coral and shelter which does not have to be included. Close to downtown.

Long-term goal or vision for land
We would like to see the land continue to be used for ground crops of any kind to supply our community and beyond. Even flowers or something different, We had a lot of waste produce due to an abundance of crops so would like to see this extra harvested, dried or given away. Ideally it would be great to become organic if possible. Looking for someone who is committed to tending the land actively, weeding/mowing as appropriate , irrigating and fertilizing responsibly and being respectful of us and our neighbours. Land is across from a large subdivision.
