There are currently ready-to-use garden beds, a new small animal barn, goat and cow pastures, as well as chicken coops for layers and broilers.
Description and historical use of land available for farming
We purchased the land about 5 years ago and have since started a small family hobby farm. We continue to grow the farm annually and it's main intent to date has been to feed our family year round and to share excess bounty with the community through farmers markets and a farm-side farm stand.

Our goal is to continue to have a small sustainable family farm that produces food for the family and community. We imagine it to continue to grow a variety of livestock and fruits and vegetables with the opportunity to fine tune growing areas, beautify the property, and increase long term growth potential with perennial opportunities like orchards.

No - there are quite a few farm buildings already on the property including a new barn, goat sheds, a large covered tool building, chicken coops and other sheds. There is the opportunity to add a small greenhouse.

Yes - There are two pastures fenced for cows and goats. One pasture is about 2 acres while the other is about 4 acres. The gardens and chicken coops are also fenced to keep wildlife out.
