Since 2002, we have been providing access to healthy local produce to community members facing food insecurity through sustainable farming while fostering community connection at our non-profit, community farm.
The farm is located within the Terra Nova Public Park. We currently have 2 acres in production, growing a diverse selection of vegetables and flowers. The Sharing Farm Society runs a 19-week CSA veggie box program, has weekly markets at the farm and attends nearby farmer's markets. Honey production occurs every year in our apiary as well. We grow and donate 20,000lbs of produce specifically for local food banks and other community members in need. There are opportunities to volunteer with the farm and attend a multitude of workshops.
