State of the surface of the cultivable area

1.5 acres in fenced market garden and orchard ~5 acres of workable pasture 5 acres of land we cleared for timber, fenced, and planted as agroforestry. This is under-performing and we’d like to invest in re-booting it. Goats could be a win-win here.

Description and historical use of land available for farming

We’ve been managing the property as a mixed farm and homestead since 2015. It is a very special property on the ocean. People come from all over with money to spend, but there are few options available for from agriculture or experiential tourism. A farm-to-table type initiative could be successful and create a value-add product and service.
