Mostly grass and low bushes. Was growing alders, but these have been removed and the field was mowed in 2025.
Description and historical use of land available for farming
This is a 5 acre field that was originally cleared in the 1920s and was most likely used for hay in the past. It is not fenced but there was barbed wire in the past which indicates there were probably a few horses or cattle on the property.
The underlying material is clay, but a soil analysis has not yet been done for the field.
The field is also sloping from east to west at approximately 5-7%.
