Farm Project Description
Fond is multidisciplinary botanical art exploration. Born from a desire to reimagine the ordinary, blending old and new floral traditions to craft unique bespoke floral designs.
By working seasonally, we ensure the highest quality floral products, grown and harvested with intention. We offers semi-seasonal services, including weddings, events, styling as well as corporate and personal floral subscriptions.
Behind Fond is Ella Jane, a floral artist and farmer driven by a love for small-scale agriculture and working with the land. Fond functions as a pollinator-friendly, regenerative flower farm dedicated to revitalizing the land and nurturing healthy soils. Using low-till methods, non-toxic fertilizers, and hand tools (with occasional help from a European-style walk-behind tractor), we prioritize sustainability and ecosystem health.
Flowers were Ellas first love in farming, but she also has a deep passion for heirloom corn, bean and squash crops and hopes to help keep rare heirloom plant varieties in production through seed saving.
