Long-term goal or vision for land

Looking to share the land with someone (or a partnership/family) who share relational and regenerative stewardship practices, and understand/care about Indigenous (Witsuwit'en specifically) sovereignty. I would like to see the land support small scale horticulture and food forest species. Land mate can have autonomy over what they grow/sell, but would ideally be open to collaboration and some crop sharing. Ideally looking for someone interested in longer-term planning/infrastructure development, and living on the property, but not necessary. My (super) long term dreams/visions include having a fibre mill and an arts studio to host retreats/residencies with meals from the land.
