Zoning
ALR
Preferred current state of the surface of the cultivable area
As per my understanding, ALR zoning is more preferable for farming. But I would prefer to understand any available options with Non-ALR zone. Previously farmed or cleared land preferred; open to partially raw land with good soil quality. Access to sunlight throughout the day and proper drainage to prevent waterlogging during heavy rainfall. Minor preparation work is acceptable.
Open to landowner residing on property
No - Due to the nature of full-time farming operations and the need for independent management, we prefer a property where we have full operational autonomy and privacy. This will allow us to efficiently manage cultivation activities, livestock care, equipment movement, and long-term farm planning without operational constraints.
Need farm buildings
Yes - Co-op for hens, and shelter for goats.
Need fenced land
Yes - The more the bigger area, we would prefer a fenced land to maintain privacy and security, but if not, we are open to discuss other possible solutions.
Need farm machinery and tools
Yes - No major machinery required initially, but we are open to shared rental equipment if available.
Need established water source and infrastructure
Reliable and consistent water access suitable for crop irrigation and small livestock use.
