Description and historical use of land available for farming

The landowners are in their mid-80s and are no longer able to farm the field. The field has been cultivated for blueberries. Landowners reside in the residential building on site and are looking to lease the field to farmers to maintain farm classification. The field has a separate access for customers, labours and machinery from an industrial trail. The landowners are ok with changing the blueberries to other crops as long as they are allowed on ALR lands. The landowners would also like to keep the first 3 rows of blueberries (close to residential building side) for their hobby farm.
