Some of the land is currently trees with a mix of fir, cedar and alder. The rest has been cleared already.

The property is partially under the power lines with the majority of it out from underneath them. Has never been farmed before but the previous owners cleared much of the property. There is cattle farm next to door and blueberries right down the road

We would like to find somebody to use the land for growing crops or berries. On a corner of the land we are planning to put in a small (8-10 pad) RV park
