Other - Currently working on mulching out the weeds. Otherwise fairly level and about 100 feet from fruit trees, but 10 ft from a poly tunnel that will be full of peppers, vine tomatoes, and cucurbits.

Im okay with any amount of time that the bees are active, could store them over winter too possibly.

Its not a large property. I have a 12×60 poly tunnel, newish fruit trees, and lots of flower gardens. Im happy to plant more wildflowers and such for the bees.
I also have about 40 chickens, in a fenced area probably about 40×60 feet.
We're on a well but I have lots of rain barrels.
Not sure what else I should include.
