Long-term goal or vision for land

After building for 20 years we have become physically unable to continue at this space and now have other interests that we want to pursue. We want to see the land continue to be used as a farm, not a rich person golf course. We need a caretaker/operator to continue to use this land to produce food for local distribution through a long term commercial lease agreement. The farm has now been fallow for a while, so it will need some tidying and minor repairs to fencing and infrastructure . The landholder has material on hand to expand garden boxes, fencing, and irrigation system and is excited about seeing the space be brought back as a profitable commercial operation . Cost will vary on amount of land required for their operation, starting at approximately $500 per month for fenced plot up to approximately $2,500 for complete operation and equipment use. Water is in abundance and free on this site! There is a secondary 3-bedroom home on site and housing may be available after trial period. In the interim, farmers may live on site in an RV or mobile home. No residential renters, farmers only
