Do you have a business plan?
Yes - The broader vision for the project is to develop a nonprofit, land based recovery and wellness initiative in rural British Columbia that integrates regenerative agriculture, food growing, holistic wellness practices, and long term community resilience. The intention is to create a healing centered environment where individuals navigating addiction, trauma, burnout, and disconnection can reconnect through meaningful participation in land stewardship, sustainable living, food systems, community support, and holistic recovery approaches. The agricultural component would include regenerative farming practices, gardens, greenhouses, food forests, medicinal plants, and opportunities for education, skill building, and community involvement. Long term sustainability would ideally come through a combination of agricultural production, workshops, retreats, community programming, partnerships, donations, grants, and social enterprise models connected to wellness and land based education. Over the past 15 years I have also spent time learning from Indigenous communities and traditional practitioners internationally, which has deeply shaped my understanding of reciprocity, ecological stewardship, and the relationship between healing, food, land, and community. While the project is still evolving, the long term goal is to create a sustainable and regenerative model that supports both individual healing and broader community wellbeing.

    Farm Project Description

I am looking for land to help bring to life a long term vision centered around regenerative living, community wellbeing, and relationship with the land. The hope is to find a place where ecological stewardship, food growing, and meaningful community can exist together in a grounded and practical way. I am especially drawn to properties with potential for gardens, small scale regenerative agriculture, medicinal plants, water access, forest stewardship, and spaces that encourage connection, healing, and sustainable living. My intention is to care for the land with respect and long term commitment while gradually developing a nonprofit wellness and recovery oriented community initiative rooted in sustainability, reciprocity, and service. Over the past 15 years I have spent time learning from Indigenous communities and traditional practitioners in Canada, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, and India, which has deeply shaped my understanding of stewardship, community resilience, and living in greater relationship with the natural world. I am looking for aligned landowners who resonate with values such as regeneration, community care, ecological responsibility, and creating healthier futures for both people and the earth.
