We are looking for someone who can turn our land into a productive farm so we can apply for farm status. We have 0 experience with farming and will not be able to assist or contribute to the on going day to day operation. The property has a well, other than that it needs clearing of blackberries and wild growth.
A contract will be required to ensure the land and water quality is preserved or better after the farming activities - plus other to protect ourself from liability as result of the farming. We will have a farm lawyer to draft a copy to ensure fairness and legally binding.
