General farming (3 years+) - 3 years on organic produce, 1 season on orchard, 7 years working my grandfathers property. We have been attending farmers markets since 2019. Chickens for eggs and meat, Icelandic sheep for wool and meat, kunekune pigs for meat, we have raised 4 different cows for meat and currently have a dairy cow that we hand milk. We have been raising meat rabbits for meat and fur for 7 years. We do all the butchering on the property ourselves. We have had great success in growing Alfalfa, carrots and garlic.
Do you have a business plan?
Yes - My husband owns a landscaping company and a snow removal company. The animals almost pay for themselves. I sell baking at the farmers markets to cover the costs that the eggs dont. Our goal is for the farm to self sustain itself.

Yes - We already have the livestock needed to continue our dream. My husband's company's make enough money that we can pay rent while we safe for our own property one day.

Farm Project Description
Our goal is to raise our growing family on a property that we can pass down for generations. We want the farm to sustain itself and make money. We have been living this way for 7 years and started with literally nothing. We now have 100 chickens, 1 cow, 7 rabbits for breeding, 2 pigs for breeding, 3 sheep, 2 livestock dogs, 2 cats and 2 children. We would like to continue our farm and not have to shut things down. We are in surch of property because my grandparents have passed away and family is fighting over the property.
