Farm Project Description

We would like to start a small scale, regenerative, grass fed beef operation, with sheep at a smaller scale. Farm to table or farm to consumer ideally. We would like to raise a smaller breed, Dexter's or Galloway, and some katahdin or crosses. Targeting farm to table, farmers markets and/or small culinary enterprises. We have a side foos truck currently and would explore leveraging the connections we have in that community as well.
