I would love to see it used for agricultural use. My hope / vision that it would positively produce "something" and contribute to local food or agricultural product.
I am quite flexible on end use, and it depends if I can be partnered with someone who has the "finished" vision for its use.
I have considered bees, flowers for cut, or veggies for local consumption and distribution. I have also considered a nursery approach.
As stated, it depends on a possible partner.
