Long-term goal or vision for land
My primary goals include achieving Farm status. We are zoned ALR space in urban setting which is rare so the annual revenue required is 10k to apply for farm status in October 2027. I’m interested in a small crop share agreement initially until farm status is achieved then plan to re-assess. I’m more so interested in finding the right person for this, as it’s a unique opportunity with potential for growing a business and diversifying Flower Street Farm's offerings to the local community. Also very interested in having bees.
