State of the surface of the cultivable area
There is a large garden that is overrun with weeds and not currenlty used. The rest of the land has been tilled before but is very rocky. It was used for horse pasture in the past (more than a decade ago) and some flower farming.

I would like someone to make use of the land while I do not have the time or capacity to do so. We love living on the land and would like someone who does not have access to land to be able to farm and maintain what is there.
