the land is mostly flat, one paddock is quite steep on a sidehill and has been historically used as a hog pasture in summer.
Description and historical use of land available for farming
The property includes six fully fenced paddocks that flow into each other easily.
A poultry fenced paddock that is two acres and is ideal for broilers and layers.
There is a one acre paddock that includes a 40x90 Winkler building that is ideal for hay storage and as a lambing pen.
One smaller paddock is close to the house and has a milk cow barn/shelter and a chicken coop as well as a fenced garden.
The remaining three paddocks are larger and ideal for grazing as well.
The barn is 132x60 with one silo adjacent. The barn has several pens for farrowing sows, sheep, poultry, even horses or dairy cows. The barn is fully equipped with a very large fodder room as well as a walk in cooler and a certified egg grading station.
There is a gravity fed water trough that provides water to three of the paddocks and there are six hydrants. There is a root cellar inn the basement of the house.
