This report on ecological farm internships is from a workshop held in 2016 Toronto. While there are some critical challenges for the future of food and agricultural movements in Canada, the report provides a thoughtful and grounded discussion of ecological farm internships and related issues from farmers, interns, non-profits and lawyers. It assesses different models and experiences of farm internships and emergent forms of work and education as well as questions of justice and equity therein. The hope is to foster critical conversations that can take the ecological farming sector forward.
